He has acquired good managerial skills by working in line and staff functions. He is one of the few Reckitt managers who were involved in different projects. At present, Faruque is working as Executive Director in Agrani Holdings Limited, Director of Agrani Distribution Company Limited, Agrani Ventures Limited, and LBC Media Entertainment Company Limited. Faruque is a BSS (Hons.) in Economics at the University of Dhaka and, an MBA in Marketing.

Also Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices. And, Director of Agrani Distribution Company Limited, Agrani Ventures Limited, and LBC Media Entertainment Company Limited.

Saiful Islam is a fast tracker with experience of almost twenty years in different sectors of a Manufacturing Company including Production, Quality Control, Research & Development, and Supply Chain Management with different Local & Multinational Companies in Bangladesh. He has acquired good managerial skills by working in Product, process, and staff functions. At present, Saiful Islam is working as Head of Research & Development at Agrani Holdings Group Limited. Saiful Islam has a BSc (Hons) & MSc in Chemistry from Jahangirnagar University.

He has been working with Kohinoor Chemicals Company BD Ltd., Asian Consumer Products BD Ltd. (DABUR Bangladesh), and Bajaj Bangladesh Ltd. for the last Twenty years in Manufacturing Operations.
Saleh Mohammad Foysal (Dip)

His Key objective includes building a market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. He identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments. He develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; and estimating partners’ needs and goals.
Md. Abul Kalam Azad

He looks after Ensuring the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. He looks after avoiding legal challenges by complying with legal requirements, secures financial information by completing database backups, and protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential. He earned his Master of Commerce from National University. Before his joining here he was the Chief Accountant of the renowned and large corporate house in Bangladesh.
